In Auckland for Christmas my littlest sister Liz was pracitsing the recorder for a competition she was having at the camp formerly known as summer harvest. She was playing "I believe I can fly" I was singing along and before I knew it was singing

I believe I can fly
I believe i can touch the sky
Think about it every now and then....

Much to the amusement of my sister Teresas boyfriend Jason :)

Whats hot: Skinfood moisturiser
Not: Tourists going around the the roundabout the wrong way

Read a cool article in the press today about artist Geoff Dixon I really liked his paintings of birds including the extinct apricot kea and the red and white kaka.... (it kinda relates to my next installation Ive been planning) I love new zealand birds, I saw a book at borders about extinct native birds that I really liked - should have got it... I find them at the same time haunting and sad whilst being awe-inspiring and glorious.

I thought it was a good article anyway

Here is my second instalment

In other news I have discovered that I find mango chicken revolting!
While I love dried mango I am not convinced about putting it with a savoury meal....

(Spell checked just for you Lawrence!)
